Silver Plan
- Affordability: The most cost-effective option.
- Coverage: All labor and engineer travel costs are covered.
- Parts: Only chargeable if required.

Gold Plan
- Enhanced Coverage: Includes everything in the Silver Plan.
- Parts Coverage: Non-consumable parts (excluding printheads and platen rollers) are also covered.

Platinum Plan
- Comprehensive Coverage: Includes everything in the Gold Plan.
- Additional Services: Ad hoc visits for media and printer setup issues, plus a preventative maintenance visit.
- Full Support: Covers the cost to fit printheads and platen rollers (but not the supply of these parts).
